Du kan oprette handlingsplanskabeloner for objekterne Konto, Kampagne, Sag, Kontakt, Finansiel konto, Kontrakt, Emne eller Salgsmulighed. Du kan også oprette handlingsplanskabeloner for tilpassede objekter med aktiviteter aktiveret.
Fra Opsætning skal du åbne Objektmanager.
Klik på det ønskede understøttede objekt, og vælg Sidelayouts.
For hvert sidelayout, du ønsker at føje listen Handlingsplaner til:
Vælg Relaterede lister på paletten.
Træk Handlingsplaner til afsnittet Relaterede lister på sidelayoutet.
Gem dine ændringer.
