Before getting started, review these details.

  • FSC Agentic Advisor Data Kit contains Agentic Advisor resources and Data 360 resources for customers using Financial Services standard objects.
  • A person account is a single record that combines account and contact fields to represent an individual client.
  • Financial Custodian represents a third-party financial institution, such as a bank, that holds and secures a client's assets.
  • Financial Custodian Advisor represents the advisor code for a financial advisor at a related financial custodian.
  • Advisor codes are unique identifiers issued to each advisor by a custodian or portfolio management system. Register your advisors' codes so that Salesforce can sync the correct custodial data for each advisor's book of business.
  • Data governance in Data 360 uses tags, classifications, and policies to control which advisors can access which data. Configure governance policies for DMOs like Individual and Staged Financial Account to ensure advisors see only the client data relevant to their book of business.
  • The Identity Resolution Data Sync Definition represents the reconciliation ruleset that determines the data viewable in Salesforce after identity resolution is completed.
