Per abilitare i modelli di dati Onboarding e Know Your Customer per le aziende dell'organizzazione Salesforce, abilitare l'impostazione Business Client Engagement. Quando si abilita questa impostazione, si ottiene l'accesso all'oggetto Relazione richiedente-richiedente e ad alcuni campi aggiuntivi negli oggetti Relazione account-account e Relazione referente-account essenziali per l'orientamento dei richiedenti business.

Da Imposta, nella casella Ricerca veloce, immettere Business Client Engagement e quindi selezionare Business Client Engagement Settings in Financial Services Cloud.
