orgs with strict sharing policies. Record owners and non-owner participants who were given edit
access through Compliant Data Sharing can assign participants to that record.

User Permissions Needed
To create participant groups:
Configure Compliant Data Sharing System Permission
To share records using Compliant Data Sharing:
Use Compliant Data Sharing System Permission
AND
Be the owner of the record OR
have edit access on the record through CDS
To have a record shared with you using Compliant Data Sharing:
Use Compliant Data Sharing system permission
Go to the record that you want to share.
In the record’s Participants related list, click New.
In Participant, search for and select the user or the group that you want to share the
record with.
Search for and select a participant role.
Select Active or Participant Active.
To add context about the participant, enter your comments.
