Advisors use Client Detail components and tabs at different stages in their workflow for these common scenarios.
- Preparing for client meetings: Before a scheduled meeting, an advisor opens the client's record and reviews the Client Pulse summary. The summary shows recent Asset Under Management (AUM) changes and financial performance since the last meeting. The Financial Accounts tab provides a view of specific account holdings and account types for investment recommendations.
- Responding to inbound calls: When a household member calls, the advisor opens the household record and uses Household Snapshot to identify the caller and access their contact details on the same record. For complex household structures, the Relationships tab shows the household relationship graph and connections between family members.
- Triaging: At the start of the day, advisors review account records for clients in their book of business. Insights and Actions shows portfolio drops and upcoming life events, so advisors can prioritize which clients to contact first.
- Reviewing real-time performance: During a client call, an advisor opens the Financial Portfolio tab to check current market positions and real-time performance data from external sources. This data gives the advisor the information needed to address questions about current holdings.
