Household Snapshot shows key client and household details at the top of the household account record page. It gives advisors a view of the most relevant information without going to a contact record or another system.
Before you configure Household Snapshot, see Household Snapshot Default Fields Reference.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agentic Advisor, and then select Agentic Advisor.
- Go to the Client Detail section.
- If your Salesforce preference is set to the standard objects data model, then next to the Household Record Page, click Go to Lightning App Builder. If your Salesforce preference is set to the Financial Services Cloud Managed Package data model, then next to the Household Record Page (Managed Package), click Go to Lightning App Builder.
- Click the Household Snapshot component on the record page to open its properties.
-
In the Primary Member Fields section, select the fields to show in the Primary Member Details section of the component.
Note The Primary Member Details section relies on account-contact relationships. If a household record doesn't have a primary member, the component doesn't show any primary member data. -
In the Account Fields section, select the account fields to show in the Account Details section of the component.
Note You can add fields to both the Primary Member Details and Account Details sections. Additional fields from the Account object show different values depending on your Salesforce preference for data model, because the data structure differs between the standard objects data model and the Financial Services Cloud Managed Package data model. -
Save and activate the page.
Activate each record page in Lightning App Builder after configuration. Advisors don't see the configured components until the page is activated.
Note If you're activating a household record page, then make sure that you assign the page to the same record type that you used when you configured household accounts. Assigning the page to a different record type can cause the Household Snapshot component to show incorrect data or no data.
