Set up and Configure Household Snapshot Configure Household Snapshot to give advisors a view of primary member details and account details directly on the household record page, without navigating across multiple records during client interactions.
Set up and Configure Client Pulse Configure Client Pulse so that advisors have AI-generated summaries of client activity and sentiment available at a glance before each conversation.
Client Pulse Flows and Prompt Templates Client Pulse relies on flows to retrieve account data and prompt templates to generate AI-powered summaries. Use the flow and prompt template that match your org's data model and account type.
Set up and Configure Insights and Actions Configure Insights and Actions to surface timely, prioritized recommendations from Run My Day on account record pages, so advisors can act on critical next steps without switching to a separate system.
Set Up and Configure Financial Portfolio Set up Financial Portfolio by assigning permissions and configuring connectors, then create Financial Portfolio Configurations to define the cards, layout, and data sources that show on your advisors' Client Details pages.
