備註 若要設定 Financial Services Cloud Experience Cloud 網站,請確定您擁有 Financial Services Cloud 和 Experience Cloud 的使用者授權。Experience Cloud 網站中會使用社群使用者授權和設定檔。
重要 所有 Financial Services Cloud for Experience Cloud 授權針對每個版本都有對應的權限集授權,因此可視情況將新功能新增至每個授權。新授權包括:
- 客戶社群的金融服務
- Customer Community 登入的金融服務
- Customer Community Plus 的金融服務
- Customer Community Plus 登入的金融服務
- 適用於 Partner Community 的金融服務
- Partner Community 登入的金融服務
這些授權變更不會影響現有功能。相關權限會移轉至新的權限集授權。新的 Financial Services Cloud 功能只會新增至新的權限集授權,因此請進行更新以存取新功能。請注意,舊權限集無法再指派給使用者。
