Salesforce 조직을 Slack에 연결하려면 Slack 관리자이거나 조직 연결 관리 권한이 있어야 합니다.
Slack 작업 영역을 클릭하고 드롭다운 목록에서 도구 및 설정을 클릭하고 Salesforce 조직 관리를 선택합니다.
페이지 오른쪽 상단에서 Salesforce 조직 연결을 클릭합니다.
연결할 Salesforce 조직의 필드에 도메인 URL을 붙여 넣습니다. Salesforce 조직의 도메인 URL 가져오기:
Salesforce 조직에 로그인하고 설정으로 이동합니다.
설정에서 빠른 찾기 상자에서 내 도메인을 찾아서 선택합니다.
현재 내 도메인 URL 값을 복사합니다.
사용자 계정 매핑 토글을 자동으로 선택 취소합니다.
연결 요청을 클릭합니다.
확인을 클릭합니다.
