            Clone the Omniscript for the Change Billing Cycle Service Process

            Give your users a guided path for completing the request intake process in the Change Billing Cycle service process. Use the Omniscript as is, or customize it to meet your business needs.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Services Cloud is enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To clone the Change Billing Cycle Omniscript: Customize Application
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Omniscripts.
              Wait a few minutes for the Omniscripts list view to appear.
            2. If Standard Omnistudio Runtime is disabled, turn it on.
            3. Select FSCRtl/ChangeBillingCycle.
            4. Click New Version.
            5. Click Activate Version.
