Create Authorization Form Text Records for Loan Products
Standardize the language used in authorization forms by using authorization form text.
Make sure to state disclosures clearly so that applicants can easily understand and agree to the
loan terms.

From the App Launcher, find and select Authorization Form
Text.
Click New, and enter the authorization form text details.
Enter a name for the authorization form text record for a home loan product.
For
example, Home Loan Auth Text.
Select the authorization form record that you created for the home loan product.
In Detail Authorization Form Text, enter the authorization language that aligns with your
business needs for taking the consent for a home loan product.
Here’s a sample authorization form text.
By signing below, I authorize the use of my identity verification data solely for the
purpose of processing my home loan application. I understand that this data may include
personal information and consent to its use by the authorized parties involved in the loan
approval process.
Select a locale.
Select Is Active.
Save your changes.
Similarly, create authorization form text records for the other loan products that you
offer.
For example, if you offer a personal loan, auto loan two wheeler, and auto loan four
wheeler, then create a data use purpose record for each loan product.
Note If you are using Aadhaar authentication with OTP and doing a
credit pull, it is recommended that you mention your authorization for the same to be done
while creating the record for the authorization form text.
Authorization form text stores the language to be shown to the loan applicants when you ask
for their consent. After you create the authorization form text records, link them with their
respective authorization form records.
