Set Up an Integration for Email Verification

Set up an integration definition to verify the authenticity of the applicant’s email address.

Required Editions

User Permissions Needed
To create integration definitions: IndustriesIntegrationFwk
To create or update an Integration Procedure, a Data Mapper, or an Omniscript:

OmniStudio Admin

AND

Digital Lending India Admin User
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter integration definitions, and then selectIntegration Definitions.
  2. To validate the PAN uploaded by the applicant, create an integration definition.
    1. Click+ New.
    2. SelectExternal Services Definedas the type.
    3. EnterDigitalLendingIndiaEmailAdvancedAuthIntegDefas the integration definition name.
    4. For the external service, enter the name of the registered external service that you want to use to connect to an external API.
    5. For the action, select the method or the operation of the service provider API to be called to match the address of the party profile with the address in Aadhaar.
    6. SelectDigitalLendingIndiaEmailAuthAdvancedInput as the input processor.
    7. Select DigitalLendingIndiaEmailAuthAdvancedOutput as the output processor.
    8. Turn on Integration Ochestrator.
    9. Select the IntegrationOrchestrationShowIntegTimelineDetails Flexcard.
      Make sure to select a cloned and activated version of the Flexcard. This Flexcard shows the integration execution status and the request and response details.
    10. SelectManualas the integration execution mode.

    The DigitalLendingIndia_ExecuteEmailAdvancedAuth integration procedure invokes this integration definition from the DigitalLendingIndiaApplicationFormOnboarding and DigitalLendingIndiaAdditionalApplicantOnboarding Omniscript. It is triggered when the user clicks on the Verify Email button after entering the email on the Omniscript.

    The DigitalLendingIndiaEmailAuthAdvancedInput input processor calls these data mappers.

  3. Save your changes and activate the integration definition.
