Make the Retail Banking Service Processes Visible to Your Portal Users
Show the actions to launch the pre-built retail banking service processes on the Financial Services Client Portal so that your customer community users can easily create service requests without contacting your service agents.

| To customize and publish a Financial Services Client Portal: | Be a member of the portal AND Create and Set Up Experiences OR Be a member of the portal AND an experience admin or publisher in that portal |
Before you begin:
- Ensure you’ve configured the needed pre-built retail banking service processes in Salesforce.
- Ensure you’ve added the URL path name of your Experience Cloud portal in the Service Requests component to give your portal users access to view the details of their service requests. For more information, see Update the URL Path Name.

Create an Action Launcher deployment to add the OmniScripts or intake forms of these
service processes. See Create an Action Launcher Deployment.

- Next to your Experience Cloud portal, click Builder.
- Click Action Launcher.
- Select the deployment you created earlier.
- Preview and publish your changes.
