Considerations for Using Transaction Dispute Management Solution
Before you install Transaction Dispute Management Solution, review these considerations.
- Install the solution in a new org. Installing it in an existing org may cause deployment errors.
- Salesforce recommends starting in a sandbox to verify that the installed configuration
meets your needs before rolling it to production. To deploy to a production org, your Apex
code must have at least 75% code coverage.Note The initial setups that install data and metadata are unavailable in active production orgs and Government Cloud orgs.
- If the installation fails, view the logs to resolve issues. If the problem persists, contact Salesforce Customer Support.
- The solution deploys sample data. Install the solution in a sandbox, Developer Edition org, or FSC Trial org to explore features.
- Visa Resolve Online features are Non-SFDC Applications subject to additional terms in the Salesforce Trust and Compliance Documentation.
- Sample configurations and data deployed by Transaction Dispute Management Solution aren't automatically removed. To prevent data conflicts, manually delete the sample data before adding production data.
