What Client Detail Includes
Client Detail contains three components and a set of tabs, each showing different client information on the account record page. The components give advisors quick access to key client details, AI-generated summaries, and timely insights. The tabs organize deeper client information by category, covering financial accounts, financial portfolio, relationships, and financial plans.
Household Snapshot: The Household Snapshot component shows primary member contact details and account fields at the top of household record pages. The component organizes information in two sections, Primary Member Details and Account Details.
Client Pulse: The Client Pulse component shows an AI-powered summary of a client's financial health, goal progress, upcoming life events, open cases, and recent interactions each time an advisor opens a record. On household record pages, the component appears as Household Pulse.
Insights and Actions: The Insights and Actions component shows time-sensitive insights generated by Run My Day that are associated with the account. Insights can include portfolio changes, life events, and other signals, each with recommended actions.
Financial Accounts: The Financial Accounts tab shows financial accounts associated with the client, grouped by type such as savings and checking accounts, cards, and investments. Each account shows key balance information, and advisors can refresh balances directly from the tab.
Relationships: The Relationships tab shows a relationship graph of the household, including members, related accounts, and related contacts. Advisors can switch between Compact View and Detailed View. Compact View shows member names and roles, while Detailed View shows details, such as birthdate and contact information. From this tab, advisors can add members, edit relationships, add related accounts, and add related contacts.
Financial Plans: The Financial Plans tab shows financial plans and their associated goals for the person account. Advisors can select a plan to view its details and track goal progress.
Financial Portfolio: The Financial Portfolio tab gives wealth advisors a unified view of a client's custodial data directly in Agentforce Financial Services, eliminating the switch to external custodian portals. Powered by Connector Library and BridgeFT, Financial Portfolio shows preconfigured visualization components on the Client Details page. Advisors can quickly assess portfolio health, identify risk, and respond to client inquiries.
With the Financial Portfolio tab, advisors monitor liquidity against required minimums and review assets under management (AUM) trends and account performance. They analyze top position concentrations and portfolio drift against target models. Advisors can identify tax-loss harvesting opportunities and search historical transactions—all from a single interface. Components are available for both person accounts and households, with data automatically aggregated across all household members. Admins configure the components and sections that appear on the Client Details page, customize field mappings, and adjust date ranges and thresholds to match their firm's needs.
In the Financial Overview section, advisors can monitor the overall financial health of a client or household. View liquid cash reserves against required minimums, track Assets Under Management (AUM) trends over the last three months, and review account performance returns across custodians.
In the Portfolio and Tax section, advisors can analyze portfolio composition and tax efficiency across a client's accounts. View top position concentrations, drill into hierarchical tax lots for loss harvesting, monitor drift against target allocation models, and review year-to-date realized short-term and long-term capital gains.
In the Cash Flow and Activity section, advisors can track money movement and transaction history for a client or household. Search and sort historical transactions to resolve client inquiries, and monitor net deposits and withdrawals over time to gauge client satisfaction and detect flight risk.
