Create a Financial Portfolio Configuration
Create and manage Financial Portfolio configurations to define the cards, layout, and data sources for your advisor's Client Details pages.
Before you get started, create an Identity Resolution Ruleset. Rulesets contain match and reconciliation rules that tell the customer data platform how to link multiple sources of data into a unified profile. Unified profile information is stored in data model objects created by the ruleset.
| Chart Type | Preset | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Line Chart | Recent AUM Trend | See how a client's assets under management have shifted over a configurable date range, with the latest value and year-to-date change in view. |
| Bar Chart | Top Positions | Quickly identify a client's largest holdings by market value to assess concentration risk without digging into position details. |
| Bar Chart | Portfolio Drift | See where a client's actual allocation has drifted from targets by asset class so you can prioritize rebalancing conversations. |
| Bar Chart | Withdrawals and Deposits | Review a client's quarterly cash flow patterns and flag large withdrawals that may warrant a follow-up conversation. |
| Database | Account Performance Summary | Compare performance across all of a client's linked accounts for month, quarter, and year-to-date periods without leaving the record page. |
| Database | Tax Efficiency | Review year-to-date realized gains and closed positions to inform tax-loss harvesting strategies and year-end planning. |
| Database | Transaction Ledger | View a client's most recent transactions across all linked accounts, with the ability to drill into counterparty and reference details. |
| Tree Grid | Hierarchical | Explore all of a client's positions in a drillable grid, organized by account and asset class, with the option to expand into individual lots. |
| Progress Bar | Liquidity Monitor | See whether a client's cash reserves meet the required minimum and quickly identify any liquidity shortfalls. |
