Соотнесение значений полей статуса страхового полиса с неактивными
Ваши пользователи могут выбрать из разных значений статуса в страховом полисе. Многие из этих значений означают, что политика неактивна. Для каждого из этих значений статуса установите флажок «Неактивно», чтобы соотнести значение с «Неактивно».

Доступно в версиях: Lightning Experience
Доступно в версиях: Professional Edition, Enterprise Edition и Unlimited Edition.
В меню «Настройка» откройте «Менеджер объектов».
Введите строку «Страховой полис» в поле «Быстрый поиск» и выберите пункт «Страховой полис».
Щелкните «Поля и взаимосвязи», а потом нажмите «Статус».
В раскрывающемся списке «Значения статуса» напротив нужного значения нажмите «Правка» и выберите «Неактивно».
Сохраните изменения.
