To configure the Create Referral action within the Meeting Playbook:
Referral Management Admin
Intelligent Referral Management includes a prebuilt flow, Launch Referral Intake Form. This
flow is triggered automatically when an advisor clicks the Create Referral action on the
Post-Meeting Follow-Up tab of a Meeting Playbook. The flow analyzes meeting notes and valuable
client context, and prompts users to create a referral if the meeting notes indicate a
cross-sell or referral opportunity.
Annual Review template includes the Create Referral action, and the corresponding flow,
Launch Referral Intake Form. If you plan to create a meeting playbook definition from
scratch, make sure that you link the Launch Referral Intake Form flow in the Agentforce
Actions section of the Post-Meeting Follow Up tab.
When configuring your playbook Post-Meeting Follow-Up stage, make sure that in the
Agentforce Actions card, you specify the Create Referral action.
Save the changes.
