Turn On Dynamic Referral Creation Form

Before you begin, make sure that at least one referral intake configuration is active before enabling this preference.

By default, when a user clicks New Referral on a record page, the standard Salesforce referral record creation form is rendered. When you turn on the Dynamic Referral Creation Form setting, this default behavior is overridden and the system dynamically renders the intake form based on your active referral intake configuration, presenting users with a structured, multi-step guided experience instead.
