При создании обращения создается запрос каталога услуг. Добавление API-имени процесса отмены платежей инициирует поток только для отмены платежей на основе запросов каталога услуг.

Примечание Настройте полномочия OmniStudio для пользователей.
Введите строку «Поток» в поле «Быстрый поиск» меню «Настройка» и нажмите «Поток».
Нажмите на клонированную оркестрацию потока отмены платежей.
Нажмите элемент «Начало оркестрации, запущенной записью», потом нажмите «Правка».
В параметре «Требования к условиям» выберите «Соответствие всем условиям (AND)».
В поле выберите SvcCatalogItemDefinitionId.
В операторе выберите «Равно».
В поле «Значение» введите значение кода определения процесса обслуживания в теме «Создание процесса отмены платежа за обслуживание».
Сохраните и активируйте оркестрацию потока отмены платежей.
