            Access the Analytics app for Complaint Management from the public complaints list view.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Services Cloud is enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To launch CRM Analytics for Complaint Management:

            RI for Fins Admin

            AND

            Financial Services Cloud Basic

            OR

            Financial Services Cloud Standard

            OR

            Financial Services Cloud Extension OR FSC Service
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Public Complaints.
            2. In the Public Complaints list view, click Complaint Intelligence.
