- CRM Analytics for Education Cloud
- You must purchase the No-Third-Party Terms version of this product to make sure that data remains within the authorization boundary.
- Virtual Calls
- Virtual Calls use Amazon Chime, an Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud-based telephony service. Amazon Chime is located in the AWS East and West regions. Telephony services in those regions are outside of the Salesforce authorization boundary. You can make a risk-informed decision whether to use Virtual Calls.
