If you're a Government Cloud customer using the publicly available version of Service Cloud Voice, follow these steps to move your call center to a FedRAMP-authorized environment.

  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Sandboxes, then select Sandboxes.
  2. Click New Sandbox.
  3. Enter a name and description for the sandbox.
  4. Provision your telephony service with your selected partner using FIPS-compliant endpoints.
  5. Connect your telephony service to your sandbox and test the new call center experience.
  6. Prepare for a maintenance window while you move your production Salesforce from the commercial version of Salesforce Voice to Government Cloud. This window is typically 30 minutes.
