applications, however, Individual Application won’t receive future platform
enhancements.
Create grantmaking application forms on the Application Form object by using Form
Framework.
Create Omnistudio or flow-based forms for each section of your application. Create
an editable and read-only version of each form.
Create application render method records and map them to the Omnistudio or
flow-based forms.
Create an application stage definition record that maps to the application render
methods, bundling the editable and read-only versions to create the complete form
section.
You can set the application stage definition as a required portion of the
form.
Create and publish an action plan template and set Application
Form as the Target. Add intake form sections that map to separate
application stage definitions.
Add the action plan template to the Funding Opportunity.
The Grantmaking Experience Cloud template includes the Form Framework components on the
Application Form and Intake Form Section record pages. To add the components to a record
page manually:
Add the Form Overview and Form Review components to the Application Form record
pages.
Add the Form Section component to the Intake Form Section record page.
Create a flow by using the Grantmaking: Apply for Funding Opportunity Using Application
Form flow template, read the descriptions in each flow component to learn how to customize
the flow for your organization's needs.
The final screen in the flow provides a link to the application form that the flow
creates. We recommend that you replace this link with a local action that takes the
applicant directly to the new application form.
To launch your version of the Grantmaking: Apply for Funding Opportunity Using
Application Form flow template, create a flow action on Funding Opportunity. Add the
action to Funding Opportunity in Experience Cloud.
