Add Sections to a Form with Action Plan Tasks

Action plan tasks on a template create the sections of an application or form.

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Agentforce for Nonprofit, Agentforce for Education, and Agentforce for Public Sector. View edition availability.

User Permissions Needed
To create forms:	Form Framework Manager permission set
To create forms for your objects:	Read, Create, and Edit on the objects included in the form

From the App Launcher, find and select Action Plan Templates.
Click your action plan template.
Click New Individual Application Task.
To mark this task as required, select Required.
Save your changes.
Similarly, add a task for each stage of the application or form.
To change the order of the stages, click Reorder, drag the stages to the desired position, and save your changes.
Publish the template.
