Create Application Render Methods for a Form
Create application render method records for each Omniscript, Flexcard, or flow that you want to use in your application.

Create Render Methods for a Flow
Set the form render method for a flow.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Application Render Methods.
- Click New.

Enter a name for the application render method.
For example, Edit Progress Report Flow.
- Enter the API name of your flow as the method name.
- Select Flow as the method type.
- Select a usage type that matches your type of form. If you’re uncertain, select Form Framework.
- Save your changes.
- Create application render method records for each editable and read-only flow that’s used in your form.
Create Render Method for an Omniscript or Flexcard
Set the form render method for Omnistudio elements.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Application Render Methods.
- Click New.

Enter a name for the application render method.
For example, Edit Progress Report Omniscript.
- In Method Record, select Omni Process for an Omniscript or Omni UI Card for a Flexcard, and then find and select your copy of the Omniscript or Flexcard that you created for your form.

In Method Type, select an option that matches the selected method record type.
For example, if you created an Omniscript for your application, select Omniscript.
- Select a usage type that matches your type of form. If you’re uncertain, select Form Framework.
- Save your changes.
- Create application render method records for each editable and read-only Omniscript and Flexcard that’s used in your form.
