Use Form Framework to provide a streamlined way for grant recipients to complete
progress reports on your Experience Cloud site. Recipients can report on budget usage and report
outcomes for the grants they receive from your organization.

User Permissions Needed
To create a progress report:
Grantmaking Manager permission set
Create grantmaking progress report forms on the Funding Award Requirement object by using
Form Framework.
Create Omnistudio or flow-based forms for each section of your form. Create an editable
and read-only version of each form.
Create application render methods and map them to the Omnistudio or flow-based
forms.
Create an application stage definition record that maps to the application render
methods, bundling the editable and read-only versions to create the complete form
section.
Add the application stage definition to the funding award requirement.
The Grantmaking Experience Cloud template includes the Form Framework components on the
Funding Award Requirement record page. To add the components to a record page manually:
To show an overview of the progress report form, add the Form Overview component.
To show the progress report form, add the Form Review component.

manually, show the progress report section by adding the Form Section component.
