            Set Up Grant Application Reviews, Assign a Group of Reviews, and Share Application Records

            Create review workspaces for grant applications that provide a way for reviewers to enter their feedback and ratings. Make it easy for grant managers to assign multiple applications to one reviewer at once. Make sure that reviewers can see the records related to the grant application. Create flows by using the Assign Reviews in Batch and Share Application Review flow templates and customize the flows for your organization’s needs.

            User Permissions Needed
            To create a review workspace: Grantmaking Manager permission set
            To manage a flow: Manage Flow app permission
            1. Set up grant application reviews so that reviewers can enter their feedback and ratings.
              1. Create review workspaces on the Application Review object by using Form Framework.
              2. Add the application stage definition that represents the reviewer form to the application review.
            2. Assign a group of reviews by manually adding the components to a record page.
              The Grantmaking Experience Cloud template includes the Form Framework components on the Application Review record page.
              1. To show the application details, add the Form Review component.
              2. To show the form to be completed by the reviewer, add the Form Section component.
            3. To share application records, launch a flow created from the Share Application Review flow template.
              1. Set up Stage Management.
              2. Create a flow by using the Share Application Review flow template and customize it to work with your Stage Management setup.
                Learn how to customize the flow to suit your organization's needs by reading the descriptions in each flow component.
              3. Create a flow by using the Batch Assign Reviews flow template.
              4. To launch your version of the Batch Assign Reviews flow template, on the Individual Application record page, create a quick action button to launch the flow.
