Turn On Org Settings for the Applicant and Grantee Support Agent
Enable Einstein, Agentforce, Grantmaking, Chatter, and Digital Experiences settings in Setup before you create the Applicant and Grantee Support Agent.

Before you begin, confirm that your org has the required licenses. See Applicant and Grantee Support Agent Requirements.

Verify that Einstein is turned on.
- From Setup, enter Einstein Generative AI in the Quick Find box, then select Einstein Setup.
- Confirm that Einstein is turned on. If it isn't, turn it on.
Einstein is already enabled in eligible orgs. -
Turn on Agentforce.
- From Setup, enter Agentforce Studio in the Quick Find box, then select Agentforce Agents.
- Turn on Agentforce Agents.

Turn on Grantmaking and turn on the Applicant and Grantee Support Agent
sub-settings.
- From Setup, enter Grantmaking Settings in the Quick Find box, then select Grantmaking Settings.

Turn on Grantmaking and click
Save.
Warning After you turn on Grantmaking, you can't turn it off. For full steps, see Turn On Grantmaking. - In the Applicant and Grantee Support Agent section, turn on Grantseeker Agent for external users and Grantseeker Agent for internal employees, then click Save.

Turn on Chatter.
- From Setup, enter Chatter Settings in the Quick Find box, then select Chatter Settings.
- Click Edit, select Enable Chatter, then click Save.
Chatter is required to make the Grantmaking Experience Cloud site template available. -
Turn on Digital Experiences.
- From Setup, enter Digital Experiences in the Quick Find box, then select Settings.
- Select Enable Digital Experiences.
- Select Enable Experience Workspaces and click Save.
Digital Experiences is required to create the Grantmaking Experience Cloud site.
After you turn on all required settings, set up the Applicant and Grantee Support Agent. See Set Up the Applicant and Grantee Support Agent.
