          Turn on Track Applications

          Track applications from intake through decision by using Application Form, Application Form Evaluation, and related objects. Application Form is the standard for applications across Nonprofit Cloud and Industries.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Nonprofit Cloud for Grantmaking and Public Sector Solutions. View edition availability.
          User Permissions Needed
          To turn on Track Applications in Salesforce: Grantmaking Application Management by Internal User permission set
          To use Track Applications in an Experience Cloud site: Grantmaking Application Management by External User permission set
          To review applications within Salesforce: Grantmaking Applications Review Internal permission set
          To review applications in an Experience Cloud site: Grantmaking Applications Review External permission set

          The Application Form and related objects support key features such as compliant data sharing, stage management, and form framework. Adopting this standard makes sure that you can enjoy future platform enhancements as they’re released.

          Note
          Note You can use Application Form or Individual Application to track applications, however, the Individual Application object won't receive future platform enhancements.
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Grantmaking, and then select Grantmaking Settings.
          2. Turn on Track Applications.
            After you turn on Track Applications, you can’t turn it off. We recommend that you first create a sandbox to test Track Applications in Salesforce.
