Configure the Person Account Page Layout for the Behavioral Health App
Customize the Person Account record page with content relevant to behavioral health
specialists and then set the page as the default person account page for the Behavioral Health
app. In the Behavioral Health app, behavioral health specialists can capture clinical notes,
verify the member’s insurance plan details, and view clinical service requests and medication
statements at a glance.

User Permissions Needed
To use the Behavioral Health app:
Health Cloud Behavioral Health App permission set
You turn on person accounts when you set up Health Cloud. Person accounts pull information from
both Account and Contact fields (including first and last names, and email address) and present
it as one record in Health Cloud.
Customize the Person Account record page with content relevant to behavioral health
specialists.
From Setup, in Object Manager, find and select Person Account.
Click Page Layout, and then click Person Account
Layout.
Click Fields.
Move Gender and Birthdate to the editable part of the page.
Click Related List.
Move Clinical Service Requests, Medication Statements, Member Plans, and Notes to the
editable part of the page. The Notes related list is only available if you've already enabled
Notes in your org.
Save your changes.
Set your customized Person Account page layout as the default for the Behavioral Health
app.
From the App Launcher, find and select Accounts.
Open any person account record.
Click , and then click
Edit Page.
Click Save and then click Activation.
In the Activation: Account Record Page window, go to the App Default tab.
Click Assign as App Default.
In the Select Apps window, click Behavioral Health App.
