备注 Health Cloud 的可操作细分权限集使拥有 Health Cloud 平台许可证的用户可以访问可操作细分。如果您拥有 Health Cloud 平台许可证，并且已经为用户分配了 Health Cloud 的可操作细分权限集，则不需要分配任何其他权限。
