            Clone the Send Emails to Request Facility Bed Availability Flow

            Clone the Send Emails to Request Facility Bed Availability flow and set the cloned flow to run on a schedule. This flow sends emails to facility admins that includes a link to your Experience site, where they can update their available care facility bed count. This update is automatically reflected in your org.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and select Flows.
            2. Find and select the Send Emails to Request Facility Bed Availability flow.
            3. To clone the flow, in the Flow Builder toolbar, click Save As New Flow.
            4. Enter a label, API name, and description for the cloned flow, and then click Save. The cloned flow automatically opens in Flow Builder.
            5. Click the Start element, click Edit, and set the schedule for the flow.
            6. Save and activate your flow.
