增强 Web 聊天使客户能够在 Experience 站点中使用 Web 聊天与顾问沟通。全方位将传入消息传递请求从来宾用户路由到顾问。当顾问接受请求时,Omnistudio 数据映射器会创建消息传递会话记录,并打开接收流 OmniScript。顾问使用接收流来捕获客户的详细信息,并将客户与新的或现有的客户相关联。保存客户详细信息会自动创建个案记录。
