在“设置”中，查找并选择批处理文档 AI for Health。
打开批处理文档 AI for Health。
要在提取后暂停批处理流程，以便用户可以在保存记录前查看和调整数据映射，请打开保存前查看。
在“选择批处理文档文件夹位置”部分，选择为文档提取请求上载文档的文件夹。
分配负责文档处理的用户。
选定用户必须拥有批处理文档文件夹的管理权限。
指定第一批文档处理运行的开始日期和时间。
系统将在每次运行后自动更新此时间戳，并仅处理在指定时间后添加的新文档。
在“选择个案状态”部分，选择个案状态。
此状态有助于通过处理工作流跟踪文档的进度。
接下来，计划批处理作业，以定义的时间间隔处理文档。
