            Enable Embedded AI for Health Cloud

            Before you get started with Embedded AI, enable multiple features from the Setup page.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and Einstein for Service or Einstein for Sales add-on license
            Available in: Health Cloud Einstein 1 Edition
            User Permissions Needed
            To enable Embedded AI: Customize Application

            Prerequisite: Turn on Einstein generative AI in Setup.

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Health Cloud Settings, and then select Health Cloud Settings.
            2. Turn on Einstein for Health Cloud.
            3. From Setup, turn on these features:

            Now that you’ve enabled Embedded AI for Health Cloud, assign the required permissions to your users.
