The Enrollment OmniScript for Group Benefits isn’t supported on Experience Cloud sites.
You can add the Small Group Quoting OmniScript from Health Cloud to an Experience Cloud site you created from scratch or to a site you created based on the Broker Experience template available with Insurance.
Before you add the Small Group Quoting OmniScript to your site, you must create a version of it without the step that calls the Document Generation OmniScript. Experience Cloud sites don’t support nested OmniScripts. In your new version, in the GroupQuoteCreated step, remove the Create a Quote Document navigation action that calls the Document Generation OmniScript. Or, to give Experience Cloud users the option to create a quote document, incorporate steps from the Document Generation OmniScript directly into the new version of the Small Group Quoting OmniScript.
- In Experience Builder, on your Experience Cloud site, create a separate standard page for the small group quoting workflow.
-
Drag the OmniScript component from the Components panel onto each page.
