Aktiver Behandlingshull og gi de nødvendige tillatelsene til at markedsføringsteam får tilgang til oppgavene som en pasient eller et medlem må utføre for å lukke åpne behandlingshull.

For å gi tilgang på objektnivå:
Vise oppsett og konfigurasjon OG Behandle brukere
Skriv inn Integrert behandlingsledelse i Hurtigsøk-feltet i Oppsett og velg Innstillinger for integrert behandlingsledelse.
Slå på innstillingen Behandlingshull.
Skriv inn Tillatelsessett i Hurtigsøk-feltet og velg Tillatelsessett.
Velg tillatelsessettet Data Cloud Salesforce-kobling og klikk på Systemtillatelser.
Aktiver Tillatelse for tilgang til Handlingsplaner-funksjonen.
Lagre endringene.
Finn og velg Handlingsplan fra Objektbehandling.
Klikk på Objekttilgang, og klikk deretter på fanen Profiler.
Klikk på Rediger og velg Vis alle poster for profilene som er tildelt brukerne.
