Patient and Member Outreach
Marketing teams use the pre-built Patient
and Member Outreach tools to create and manage multichannel campaigns. These tools are
ready-to-use and are designed for healthcare use cases such as care gap closure campaign.
Health Engagement supports clear, accessible, and actionable outreach with its pre-built
engagement journeys.
Patient and Member Self-Service
Patients and members can use
Agentforce on portals to compelte self-service tasks on their own, thereby reducing contact
center overhead. Members can ask Agentforce to get their health history, check the coverage
details offered by their health plans, search for in-network providers, check if these
providers take new appointments, and more.
