          Set Up Agentforce for Provider Network Search and Queries

          Configure Agentforce so that members can search for in-network providers from self-service portals. Agentforce for Provider Network Search and Queries helps members check check if provides are covered under their health plan, if these pe and more.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud, Agentforce for Health Cloud, and Data Cloud add-on licenses
          1. Enable Einstein from Einstein Setup and then, Einstein for Health Cloud.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Einstein Setup and then select Einstein Setup.
            2. Enable the Turn on Einstein setting.
            3. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Health Cloud and then select Health Cloud.
            4. Enable the Einstein for Health Cloud setting.
          2. Create an agent based on the Agentforce Service Agent template and add the Provider Network Search and Queries subagent to the agent you created.
          3. Give users access to the prompt template by assigning the Prompt Template User and Member Self Service Agent Access permission sets.
          4. Set up escalation routing to transfer escalations to a human rep.
          5. Deploy the FHIR System Integration in Real Time Using Generic FHIR Client integration app to integrate your system using FHIR APIs and retrieve patient data.
          6. Select the named credential generated after the MuleSoft Direct Integration setup. This credential is used by the agent to call the deployed prebuilt integration, ensuring secure data exchange.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Health Engagement Settings and then select Health Engagement Settings.
            2. In the Patient and Member Self-Service setup tab, expand Agentforce for Provider Network and Queries.
            3. Click Select Named Credentials next to the Select Named Credentials for Provider Network and Queries step.
            4. Select the appropriate named credential.
            5. Save your changes.
