Before you create a CRM Analytics template configuration ensure that the Analytics Integration
User has read and write access and run data sync for the Recommend Care Professional object.
Note To get these recommendations, you don’t need to select an object for training and scoring,
the prediction duration and historical datasets, and input features that are in a CRM Analytics
dataset. As a result, the Select an Object for Training and Scoring, Select Prediction Duration
& CRM Analytics Datasets, and the Do You Want to Include a CRM Analytics Dataset with
Additional Features? steps don’t appear when you select Effectiveness Score for Recommended Care
Professionals as the template configuration type. The Filter Your Training and Scoring Datasets,
and Configure Write Back of Predictions steps also don’t appear for this template configuration
type.
In Scoring Framework, create a CRM Analytics template configuration that uses Effectiveness
Score for Recommended Care Professionals (Health Cloud) as the template configuration
type.
Select Care Professional Customer Satisfaction as the predefined
target variable.
Select input features from a predefined set of fields.
To show prediction scores, suggestions and insights about prediction scores, and Next Best
Action recommendations, create an AI Accelerator use case.
