Create a Custom Field and Object to Store the Target Variable and Recommendations
Before you create a CRM Analytics template configuration in Scoring Framework, create a
custom field on the Care Service Visit object to store the target variable and a custom object to
store details of the recommended care professionals.

Create a custom field on the Care Service Visit object to store the target variable.
Select Number as the field type.
Enter Care Professional Customer Satisfaction as the field
label.
The custom field’s API name is auto-populated as
Care_Professional_Customer_Satisfaction__c.
Create a custom object to store details of the recommended care professionals.
Enter Recommended Care Professional as the label.
Enter Recommended Care Professionals as the plural label.
The custom object’s API name is auto-populated as
Recommended_Care_Professional__c.
Create a custom field on the Recommended Care Professional object to store the account ID
of the recommended care professional.
Select Lookup Relationship as the field type.
Select Account as the related object.
Enter Account as the field label.
The field’s name is auto-populated as Account.
Change the field’s name to Account_ID.
Create a custom field on the Recommended Care Professional object to store the service
resource ID of the recommended care professional.
Select Lookup Relationship as the field type.
Select Care Resource as the related object.
Enter Care Resource as the field label.
The field’s name is auto-populated as Care_Resource.
Change the field’s name to Service_Resource_ID.
Create a custom field on the Recommended Care Professional object to store the score of the
recommended care professional.
Select Number as the field type.
Enter Recommendation Score as the field label.
The custom field’s API name is auto-populated as
Recommendation_Score.
