Laat uw thuiszorgorganisatie groepsbezoeken plannen door een beleid voor afsprakenbundels te definiëren. Bundelbeleid bepaalt hoe Thuisgezondheid meerdere patiëntenbezoeken combineert in één groepsbezoek.

Een afsprakenbundelbeleid maken:

Afsprakenbundelbeleid en de stroom Bundel Thuiszorgbezoeken werken samen om afzonderlijke patiëntenbezoeken te combineren in een groepsbezoek. Home Health wijst één zorgresource toe aan het groepsbezoek om alle patiënten in één keer te bedienen.
Ga vanuit de Appstarter naar Beleidsvormen voor afsprakenbundel.
Klik op Nieuw.
Geef de naam op als Standaard bundelbeleid voor thuisgezondheid.
Selecteer Handmatig bundelen.
Geef bij Prioriteit een getal op dat het prioriteitsniveau voor dit beleid voor bundels aangeeft. Het laagste nummer heeft de hoogste prioriteit.
Geef bij Bedrag van bundelleden beperken het maximale aantal patiëntenbezoeken op dat in een groepsbezoek moet worden gebundeld. U wordt aangeraden om de limiet in te stellen op 30 of lager.
Configureer naar behoefte de filtercriteria en de berekening van de duur.
Sla uw wijzigingen op.
Uw planners kunnen nu naadloos een groepsbezoek plannen.
