Create Service Resources for Home Health

Create a service resource record for each care resource in the field. Field Service uses these records to manage visit assignments.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the Home Health Add-on license

User Permissions Needed
To create a service resource:	Create access on Service Resource
To create a service resource:	View All Records access on User

From the App Launcher, open the Field Service Admin app, and then select Service Resources.
Click New.
Enter the care resource’s name in the Name field.
Select the care resource’s User record in the User field.
Select Active and Include in Schedule Optimization.
Set the Resource Type to Technician.
Save your changes.
