Для создания сервисного ресурса:
Создание доступа к сервисному ресурсу
Доступ «Просмотр всех записей» для пользователя
В средстве запуска приложений откройте приложение «Администратор Field Service», а потом выберите «Сервисные ресурсы».
Нажмите «Создать».
Введите имя медицинского ресурса в поле «Имя».
Выберите запись пользователя медицинского ресурса в поле «Пользователь».
Выберите «Активно» и «Включить в оптимизацию расписания».
Установите тип ресурса на «Техник».
Сохраните изменения.
