            Create Work Types for Home Health

            Create work type records to represent the different types of home health services that your organization provides. After you create work types, you can relate skills to the work types.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the Home Health Add-on license

            To create work types Create on work types
            1. From the App Launcher, open the Field Service Admin app, and then select Work Types.
            2. Enter a name and description for the work type.
            3. If required, specify operating hours during which the service should typically be performed.
            4. Enter an estimated duration and duration type for the work type.
            5. Enter otherd details as needed and save the record.
