Opprett et tilpasset varsel for å sende varsler i app til pasienter om hjemmebesøksforespørsler. Når en planlegger godkjenner eller avviser en pasients forespørsel, bruker flyten Varsle pasienter om hjemmebesøk dette tilpassede varselet til å sende et varsel til pasienten.
