서비스 목표 만들기:
Field Service 관리자 권한 집합
설정에서 프로필을 선택하고 관련 프로필을 엽니다.
사용자 정의 개체 레이아웃 섹션에서 서비스 목표 개체를 찾아 편집합니다.
할당 편집을 클릭하고 관련 프로필에 사용할 페이지 레이아웃으로 기술 기본 설정을 선택한 다음, 변경 사항을 저장합니다.
프로필에 대한 사용자 정의 레코드 유형 설정에서 서비스 목표 개체를 찾고 할당 보기를 클릭합니다.
기술 기본 설정 레코드 유형을 사용 가능한 레코드 유형에서 선택한 레코드 유형으로 이동합니다.
기술 기본 설정이 선택되어 있는지 기본값 드롭다운을 확인한 다음, 변경 사항을 저장합니다.
앱 시작 관리자에서 Field Service 관리자 앱을 연 다음, 서비스 목표를 선택합니다.
새로 만들기를 클릭합니다.
서비스 목표 이름을 입력합니다.
목표를 추가할 기술 유형의 API 이름을 입력합니다.
변경 사항을 저장합니다.
이러한 단계를 반복하여 조직의 모든 기술 유형에 대한 목표를 지정합니다.
