Zorghiaten zijn kritieke zorggegevens die de actualiteit en kwaliteit van de zorg bepalen die een patiënt ontvangt. Om de betrouwbaarheid van gegevens te waarborgen beperkt Health Cloud updates tot bepaalde velden in zorghiaatrecords, afhankelijk van het type recordherkomst.

Ongeacht of een zorghiaat wordt berekend, geïmporteerd of handmatig wordt gemaakt, u kunt het veld Type recordherkomst niet bijwerken nadat de record is gemaakt. Het type recordherkomst bepaalt welke acties u kunt uitvoeren op andere velden.
Raadpleeg deze tabel voor inzicht in welke acties u kunt uitvoeren op de velden Evaluatiestatus van meeteenheid en Reden voor status voor elk type recordherkomst.
