Abilitare il salvataggio automatico per le valutazioni MCG in modo che i responsabili dell'assistenza possano amministrare le valutazioni senza preoccuparsi della perdita di dati. Quando i responsabili dell'assistenza immettono le risposte alla valutazione, la valutazione viene salvata automaticamente ogni pochi secondi.

Da Imposta, nella casella Ricerca veloce, immettere Impostazioni gestione assistenza e selezionare Impostazioni gestione assistenza.
Attivare Salvataggio automatico valutazioni MCG.
